INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS: We only offer individual memberships for tennis on a very limited basis. There are over 200 individuals on our waiting list at this time. There are two categories: Adult and Junior. We do not offer Junior Memberships to players under 10 years old, and only one family member can apply for an individual membership unless approved by the Director of Tennis. Please give us information about your level and when you like to play, teams that you play on here, members you play with, if you like to take lessons etc. We use this information to evaluate what your tennis needs would be, and where you might fit into our programming. When there is room for new players, for Adult teams or in the Junior Development Program, we add suitable players from this pool of prospective players. We only invite players we know we can fit into programs and get on teams immediately, so that their experience as a new member is a good one. We also limit the number of new members to stop the courts and programming from becoming overcrowded. Thank you for applying for a membership.

Should I be accepted as a member, I agree to comply fully with the constitution of the Club and all rules and regulations issued thereunder applicable to all Club members. Upon notice from BS&TC that this application has been accepted and I submit the initiation fee, I agree to begin paying dues at the rate approved by the Board of Directors. I understand that my membership may be cancelled if my account becomes delinquent, and I also agree that I am obligated to pay dues through the end of the calendar year in which I terminate my membership. The membership is an annual membership. Dues may be in a lump sum each calendar year or spread out over 12 months, but the obligation must be completed before resigning at year-end. The club manager may approve early resignation for unusual circumstances (moving out of the mid-state area, injury which prevents participation in tennis program, etc.) or may prorate the dues if members join later than the beginning of the calendar year. As of January 1, 2026, the initiation fee for a family membership is $4,000 and monthly dues are $135, the initiation fee for an individual membership is $1,000 (adult) and monthly dues are $85 or the initiation fee is $500 (junior) and monthly dues are $80. The initiation fee and dues are subject to change. If an offer is made, it will be made with the initiation fee and dues in effect at the time of the offer (not at the time of the application).

As of December 2025, there are over 480 families on the waiting list and over 400 individuals on the waiting list. We expect there to be at least a three year wait at this time for a family membership. Thank you for applying for a membership.
