1) We hereby release for and on behalf of ourselves, our minor child, Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club, Inc., all owners and employees of the above establishments, from any and all damages and/or personal injury that may occur in and from any connection with a Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club sponsored event. We the undersigned have read this release and understand all its terms and hereby execute it voluntarily with all knowledge and understanding of its significance.
2) We hereby also consent to emergency or hospital services that may be rendered by an accredited hospital, or by an appointed physician or physicians, in the event such need arises in the opinion of a duly licensed physician.
3) All of our Junior Groups are billed by the month. If you sign up and do not show up you will still be charged. The Program is in high demand and we need to know how many players we have coming each day for Pros and courts. If you have a special circumstance please contact Andy to see if arrangements can be made. There will be additional activities and opportunities to play on the weekends, including clinics, intergroup matches, and UTR tournaments. Times and availability will change. 4) Group costs are for months with 8 days of clinic. If it rains or the clinic day falls on a holiday the price will be reduced accordingly. If there are more than 8 days of clinic the price will also be adjusted.
5)During the outdoor season we will send out a text alert if classes are cancelled due to weather. To get on the text alert list please text WWJUNIORS22 to 84483 on your smart phone. This will be our only communication about weather cancellations.
